The Story Behind The Brand
We are Utah realtors and we work throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County as real estate agent for clients looking to buy a home or sell a property. We also specialize in rental investment properties, especially BYU student housing purchases and UVU student housing, luxury properties, and first-time buyers. We’ve worked with hundreds of out-of-state buyers who are moving to Utah or buying an investment property.
ASHLEY JENSEN
CEO | Agent
Ashley is a native of New Canaan, CT. In 2004, her husband, accepted a tenure-track teaching position at BYU in the Department of Philosophy, so they moved to Provo.
Ashley has worked in advertising and marketing. First, as a media buyer for and ad agency; then radio Disney & Viacom selling advertising for their radio stations and events. Upon coming to Provo, Ashley started at a small property management company where she managed properties by BYU as well as throughout Utah County. Ashley and her team are in the top 1% of Realtors in the State of Utah. We specialize in East Provo, investments and helping people buy and sell in Utah, Salt Lake and Wasatch Counties.
Ashley loves to travel and ski with her four children and husband. She also is a big reader of historical fiction, enjoys plays and musicals, and going out to eat with friends.
ELIZABETH ELDER
Real estate Agent
Born and raised in California, I moved to Provo after high school to pursue my studies at BYU in Elementary Education. I was a 2nd grade teacher for two years before staying home to raise my family. In the middle of my education, I took a break to serve an LDS mission to Warsaw, Poland, which is where I met my husband. We have six wonderful children.
My family and I moved to Provo 10 years ago from Ann Arbor, Michigan. As much as we loved the midwest, we have enjoyed putting down roots in Utah
county, an amazing place to call home. As my kids have grown older, I decided it was the perfect time to pursue one of my passions, which is real estate. Buying, selling, and looking for homes and investment properties has always been a hobby, so I knew it was the perfect career path to pursue. Getting to know families, individuals, and building a relationship as they are making one of the biggest decisions in their lives is an exciting adventure and one that I love.
In my free time, I love to read, ski, and play card games with my kids. We also love to travel as a family and create memories together that will last a lifetime.
BROOKE FRESH
Transaction Coordinator
Brooke grew up in Atlanta and then attended BYU where she studied elementary education and met her husband Matthew. Once they graduated (Brooke with a BS in Elementary Ed and Matthew with a MAC), they moved to Los Angeles where they started careers and their family. A few years of living in LA convinced them that Denver was the place to be, so they moved on a whim and that’s where they’ve been since 2009. They love the easy access to the mountains and plenty of outdoor activities. They have 4 kids and Brooke keeps busy with work, kids, and she loves to read. Brooke is the team’s Transaction Coordinator and also earned her real estate license. This allows her to handle many of the requirements as a TC. As our only remote team member, she pops over to Utah a few times a year to visit extended family and check in with the team.
Deborah Daines
Administrative Assistant
Deborah has spent her life in love with nature, the arts, and home decor. Living all of her life on the Wasatch front as a wife and mother to 3 children, her family has flipped multiple homes, love hiking and kayaking in Utah’s varied landscape and working in the community. Deborah has worked closely with children, producing and writing several plays for kids, performing with her instrumental skills and served as an elementary school librarian. She served on the Murray City Arts Advisory Board for 3 years and recently fulfilled a dream of moving to a cabin in Hobble Creek Canyon.
