Is a small town that has really been developed over the last 15 years. It was mainly estates on horse ranches before. The city has really kept control on their zoning so there is very little commercial there. They also have ordinances that prevent homes from being built on Maple mountain, so they remain green and unobstructed. It is considered one of the nicest cities in Utah County.
